Cornelia Hülmbauer (*1982, Lower Austria) is a writer of poetry, prose, literary essays and experimental texts dealing with family structures, gender roles, social class, memory and remembrance, and trauma. She received a PhD in applied linguistics from the University of Vienna and a BA in language arts from the University of Applied Arts Vienna and was involved in international research projects on linguistic diversity and multilingualism. For her literary texts she has been awarded various grants and prizes. Latest publications include the poetry pamphlet “MAU OEH D” (Sukultur 2018) and the novel “oft manchmal nie” (Residenz 2023).
